How To Reduce Crime! - NYPD Style!
The NYPD found a quite novel method of lowering their crime rate........IGNORE FEBRUARY 29TH!!!!!!
I mean, how can you possibly count a day which only occurs every 4 years?
Just cause hundreds of crimes happened that day does not mean we need to pay any attention at all.
Just move along folks, nothing to see here.
Your NYPD, Ignoring crime as a regular option!
