Oil-For-Food was a massive failure by the United Nations....They have never fessed-up, and they never will....but this makes it clear the real process is one we, as USA folks, need to be thinking about....you know, as in "DROP FUNDING FOR THE UN!"
The politicos keep this thing going, and I have no clue why....Maybe some of them could enlighten us!
