(Note I could be considered biased here as I was a C of C Manager in Joliet/Will County, IL some 40 years ago!)
Actually I have disagreed with the CofC a lot in the last few years, but they are completely correct this time. Govt. does not, has not, will never be a job creation center....well, except for growing their agencies ever-larger and adding more and more govt. jobs.
