Double Trouble RE: NIE Report!!!!
Glenn Reynolds OFFERS THIS!My own opinion of the CIA is they are not only bad at intelligence gathering, but also extremely poor at politics! I am beginning to think they may have outgrown themselves and need to be replaced. Unfortunately in the extremely partisan politics of Washington today, I do not feel any new body created would be any more effective.
