Florida Residents....take heed!
The rest of you make take a pass on this one.....Amendments 3 - 7 - 8 proposed on the ballot for Florida voters.....
The wording is great....if it were a PERFECT world......but, as usual, the wording was written by those who seek to do the opposite of what is promised......
These amendments WILL CRIPPLE hospitals, doctors, etc......
The only possible exception is the amendment which limits Lawyers.....in several ways...
PLEASE read your amendments.......
For instance; Amendment 8 would unlicense any doc involved in three mistreatments...... Do you have any idea how many patients a doc in our (I am in healthcare) major hospital see in a day, let alone a week or a month or a year?
Do you know we see the worst-of-the-worst???? We are a Level 1 Trauma Center.....The worst cases come to us....sometimes by groups!
The docs have to seek immediate response, and sometimes it may be not the best, but they are fighting for lives here!
Three-strikes-and-out!
A theme for criminals....not for doctors fighting in an emergency situation to save lives!
VOTE NO on these amendments......
(personal fear: They will pass, and as a result many FINE physicians will go to other states and not face the judgemental opinion of a few......)
