In addition we get to start paying for it right away....BUT the "benefits" only begin in 2013! What a deal....you folks are buying the biggest pig-in-a-poke ever all for the HopeyChangey idiot in charge....I mean he has done so much right so far....He even got a Nobel for "talking" about peace and togetherness.
