This one is too funny to ignore.For 13 years the Washington Department of Ecology worked to find who was dumping sewage into a creek. They found the culprit....THEIR OWN DEPARTMENT'S SEWER...It was connected to a storm water drain pipe!
Can everyone see the red glow of faces in the NW?
