This guy is either on "silly weed", or has much more confidence in himself than do I in myself!
Ballooning over Oregon!Wow! 193 Miles in a lawn chair carried by a cluster of helium balloons.....ballast = 5 gallons of water; GPS for navigation, and an altimeter to help him make sure he'd clear the mountains!
The man said he had thought about it for a long time! Not long enough to my way of thinking!
